Kate Xu, Senior Product Designer & Builder
I ask good questions and build things that make people more capable.
How I ship with engineers using an AI-native workflow
The Intent-First Design Loop
interviews + behavior data → precise intent → hand-crafted layouts → Claude Design / Figma Make → options → my call
The AI-Verifiable Handoff
Figma → TSX + CSS + DS spec → reference image → agent validates → PR
The Living Screen Registry
coding agent → key screens → registry table → auto-update on push
